A teamwork approach to build a new foundation or continue growth towards connection, trust, healing, and intimacy. We will utilize tools and techniques from Attachment theory, the Gottman Method, and Emotion-focused therapy.

Are you the parent of or a young person looking for a confidential space grounded in the Truth of God’s Word to work through thoughts and emotions that have been getting in the way of the life you want to live? I want to support you on your journey of identifying your values and goals and making a peaceful, joyful, abundant life a reality.

Issues of focus may include: stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transition, obsessions/compulsions, relationship issues, pregnancy, perinatal/postpartum concerns, spirituality including religious doubt and struggles in your relationship with God, personal development, grief, mania, same-sex attraction, addiction, or career counseling.
Christian faith integration offered through a foundation of biblical understanding, scriptural connection, and spiritual exploration.
Offered for children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan.

Session Fees:
Individual : $125
Couple : $150
Please check with your insurance to determine if they will reimburse for an out-of-network provider. I can provide a Superbill upon request.
